Operational Overview 

 

We process hundreds of orders daily via fax, email, and phone.  Producing product seven days a week, 365 days a year can be a challenge, but our staff is up to the task.  We excel at ensuring each and every customer is treated in a fair and professional manner.

 

After orders are entered into our system, they are transmitted to our label department. Labels are then produced with the proper coding. For new products, specification sheets are created and crosschecked to ensure accuracy. 

 

Production orders are then sent to our production floor, which consists of an expert staff, several conveyor lines, and multiple pieces of equipment.  This is where the ingredients and packaging come together. Each line supervisor is responsible for making sure products are made to specifications. We produce nearly a quarter million units weekly!

With only the freshest breads, meats, cheeses, and produce (all of which arrive daily).

 

Using the latest advancements in modified atmosphere packaging, we’re also able to offer a full line of salads, sandwiches, meals, and wraps that have up to 20 days of shelf life…

 

 

And there are no preservatives or additives needed.  We evacuate the oxygen from the package and introduce nitrogen to inhibit the growth of bacteria (a growing trend.)

 

We are a USDA-licensed facility, meaning we have an onsite US inspector monitoring us. Our tight system of QC, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP plans, Sanitation, and related records enables us to produce products with the government’s seal of wholesomeness.

 

Food safety is taken very seriously at Greencore/On A Roll Sales. We have strict sanitation and HACCP programs, and we used our trained staff members and Quality Control team to monitor our processes constantly.  We even have our own in house lab.

 

We have what we consider to be the best crew in the business. Many of our employees have been with us for years, and we experience very little turnover because we treat our staff like family. We all take pride in our work and it shows with our continued growth year after year!

 

Using the freshest meats and vegetables, our products stand the test of time. Anyone can sell something once.  The key is to retain that customer.  We make sure our customers have an enjoyable experience so they are always satisfied and coming back for more.

 

Our menu is always evolving to prevent it from becoming complacent. We do not jump on “fads” but instead focus on our demographics and what is appealing and impulsive. We have created very unique meals and wraps to complement those staples like ham & cheese and PB& J!
